UPDATE TOO: All of the below is still applicable, but upon further review I'm thinking of limiting the guest list to just 10 or so to keep things manageable. Now would be a good time to let me know that you want to attend!
I probably should re-iterate that this shindig is intended for registered participants in WBC.
If you have a day before the WBC in Santa Rosa, why not come out to the Sierra Foothills of Calaveras County? Not sure exactly what we will be doing, but at the very least we'll tour some of the local wineries, including Twisted Oak, and have a fun dinner together. Then the next morning the caravan can head out to the WBC.
This event is open to WBC attendees. There may be a fee to cover food expenses.
Update: We're in the process of putting together an itinerary for the day. We want to do some seriously Twisted winemaking activities, including some plundering in the cave and maybe even "Blending The Spaniard", if you know what I mean. We also want to include some of the other area wineries in the day to show off some of the best that Calaveras County has to offer.
We'll end the day with dinner somewhere in Murphys (rest assured that it will be within walking distance of all lodging!) Depending on the size of the group we'll either eat at a local place (this is called "letting someone else cook") or I'll whip something up - likely tri-tip, bread, and salad, or something like that.
If you plan to attend PLEASE RSVP so we can have an accurate count for food and local transport. (Also let me know of any dietary issues so we can plan accordingly.) At some point I will have to cap the attendance for this event so please let me know ASAP. Thanks!

Our company is opening channels into China for exporting wine. We are able to tap an unique market for distribution but also delving into the regular market. High volume is mandatory, but we have an order for a smaller exploratory shipment. If you have a slate of bottles that you think would work well, please contact me if your wineries want to take part. Looking for low end and high end bottles. State-side or abroad. I would be happy to answer any questions via…
Hello!
My company is based out of California and specializes in exporting and distributing wine to China.

If anyone with bottled and labeled wine in this price range and is interested in exporting to China don't hesitate to contact me. Also, if you just have general questions,…
