Hi Amanda. This is a great time to be in the wine business. As more people get more interested in what they are drinking, the wineries are responding by making more interesting wines. And then people respond by talking about them more.

Amanda,

Groups are more generic like "wineries" or "wine tourism" or "wine clubs". As Joel notes, you should probably lodge yourself within "Wine Tech Companies" or "Online Wine Stores" for discussion and feedback.

Much success with your venture.

Oenophilus - Thats what VinoShipper is all about - giving control to the wineries to set their wines market price and giving the consumers the widest collection of wines to choose from. Its the "long tail economics" that the Wired Editor Chris Anderson talks about in his book "The Long Tail: Why the Future of Business is Selling Less of More".

VinoShipper looks great. The interface does indeed put the reins in the hands of the consumer. Congrats.

BTW: You might want to join the "Wine Tech Companies" group to discuss your business and best practices, maybe even form some new partnerships to help your business move forward.

Some great companies in there.

China Market

Our company is opening channels into China for exporting wine. We are able to tap an unique market for distribution but also delving into the regular market. High volume is mandatory, but we have an order for a smaller exploratory shipment. If you have a slate of bottles that you think would work well, please contact me if your wineries want to take part. Looking for low end and high end bottles. State-side or abroad. I would be happy to answer any questions via…

Looking to buy cheap wine for China

Hello!

My company is based out of California and specializes in exporting and distributing wine to China.

If anyone with bottled and labeled wine in this price range and is interested in exporting to China don't hesitate to contact me. Also, if you just have general questions,…
