Hi Jeffry,
I am not aware of any vineyards in HK. There are a few in the mainland.

Hi Jeffry,

Hong Kong is a truly fascinating city! What's impressive about it is how efficiently the city is run. Excellent and cheap public transportation ( you can use cell phone and wi-fi inside the subway), cheap taxis, great food everywhere and superb landscape with stylish buildings that would attract lovers of architecture. The city attracts fashionistas for a wide variety of top name shops (Prada, Armani, etc.) in every major commercial center, as well as foodies for the best representation of regional Chinese and Asian dishes, European restaurants that have received Michelin stars, and a growing wine scene. Wine prices in bars and restaurants are higher than other cities. Otherwise, HK is relatively cheap all around, except when renting an apartment - it's as expensive as New York and Paris because space is a premium. Lots of very good hotels.

Finally, HK has several beaches 40 minutes away by subway and bus from the hustle and bustle of downtown. Lots of hiking spots, as well as old temples to visit. A must: Go up to Victoria Peak by another tram ($12) to see all of HK, then cross by ferry (cheap!) to Kowloon for a night of shopping at Temple Night market and dining very casual al fresco nearby. Tip: Buy a subway pass called Octopus.

Cheers,
Leo

China Market

Our company is opening channels into China for exporting wine. We are able to tap an unique market for distribution but also delving into the regular market. High volume is mandatory, but we have an order for a smaller exploratory shipment. If you have a slate of bottles that you think would work well, please contact me if your wineries want to take part. Looking for low end and high end bottles. State-side or abroad. I would be happy to answer any questions via…

Looking to buy cheap wine for China

Hello!

My company is based out of California and specializes in exporting and distributing wine to China.

We are currently looking for any Cabernet Sauvignon or Merlot wines that fall in the $1-4/bottle price range for a client that wants 1 small order and one much larger bulk order.

If anyone with bottled and labeled wine in this price range and is interested in exporting to China don't hesitate to contact me. Also, if you just have general questions,…
