Hi Kimberly, You may not be the right person to ask-but do think it will ever be possible to tweet a link to a discussion board on OWC? Thanks! Gillian

Profile Information

About my company:
I work with a small-ish family-owned winery in Rutherford, CA that is devoted to mostly direct-to-consumer sales and a wide range of varietals. I couldn't give you a job title, as my position changes about once a week, but I've got my hands in quite a few pots!
How would you classify yourself in the wine trade?
Winery
What city is Home?
St. Helena, CA
What you want to get from participating in FohBohWine?
The ability to gather more information on the vast universe of wine and great professional opinions in one place. Networking.
About Me:
Previously studied city management, organizational theory, and socioeconomics. Switched to the hospitality industry. Then moved to Napa Valley and discovered that I should actually become more involved with the the subject I secretly dorked-out about for years. Now my life consists of work, reading about wine (via the Internet and good ol' fashioned print media), drinking wine, dreaming about writing books and blogs (have yet to get around to it), and enjoying a life surrounded by vineyards.

Hi Kimberly,

I'm trying to build a social network to get the shipping laws changed. I ran into the 100 outstanding friend request limit on this web site. Is there someway that I can get my limit updated? People don't open their accounts up so this limit makes it difficult to build a network... which is the purpose of this site right?...

I'm trying to connect with the US bloggers, and then try to establish relationships with the media folks too.

I really believe that we can get the Laws changed in Maryland, and hopefully establish the "method" to help other states with their laws.

You have 4000 members.. so even if you limited me to 100 day, that would take me 40 days to contact them all...

Help please??

thanks!

China Market

Our company is opening channels into China for exporting wine. We are able to tap an unique market for distribution but also delving into the regular market. High volume is mandatory, but we have an order for a smaller exploratory shipment. If you have a slate of bottles that you think would work well, please contact me if your wineries want to take part. Looking for low end and high end bottles. State-side or abroad. I would be happy to answer any questions via…

Looking to buy cheap wine for China

Hello!

My company is based out of California and specializes in exporting and distributing wine to China.

We are currently looking for any Cabernet Sauvignon or Merlot wines that fall in the $1-4/bottle price range for a client that wants 1 small order and one much larger bulk order.

If anyone with bottled and labeled wine in this price range and is interested in exporting to China don't hesitate to contact me. Also, if you just have general questions,…
