Legality of shipping press samples in the US?

Can anyone clarify the rules around shipping press samples? Are these restricted the same as shipping to a more typical consumer? Thanks, steveSee More

About my company:
Winescorecard.com makes personalized wine recommendations to consumers by comparing their historical taste preferences (their PalatePrint™) to other members' PalatePrint™ using a proprietary machine learning algorithm. This benefits the consumer by focusing their purchasing dollar toward wines that are likely to be aligned with their palate.

Winescorecard.com builds brand awareness by highlighting lesser-known wines that are consistent with the consumer's palate.

About Me:
I am a co-founder of Winescorecard.com with a background in machine learning and statistics. I have been actively learning about wine for 8 years. When not parked in front of a computer, I am usually enjoying my wife, my two kids, my two dogs, or my cat. Not usually simultaneously, of course. I also coach my son's tee ball team, so I value a good glass of wine that can help me unwind after practice.

Thanks Stephen. From our growth, others seem to like our concept also. We're looking for "Local Leaders" in many areas, so if you know of anyone who may be interested, have them email me at NewLeaders@VinVillage.com. Cheers, Rob

Thanks for the feedback. Star Wines has introduced Iridesse Wines to The Man in PA. Apparently, I am to expect the wines to be introduced for the summer "buy period" In the meantime, they will start offering to fine restaurants for direct sale next week. I'll keep you posted!

China Market

Our company is opening channels into China for exporting wine. We are able to tap an unique market for distribution but also delving into the regular market. High volume is mandatory, but we have an order for a smaller exploratory shipment. If you have a slate of bottles that you think would work well, please contact me if your wineries want to take part. Looking for low end and high end bottles. State-side or abroad. I would be happy to answer any questions via…

Looking to buy cheap wine for China

Hello!

My company is based out of California and specializes in exporting and distributing wine to China.

We are currently looking for any Cabernet Sauvignon or Merlot wines that fall in the $1-4/bottle price range for a client that wants 1 small order and one much larger bulk order.

If anyone with bottled and labeled wine in this price range and is interested in exporting to China don't hesitate to contact me. Also, if you just have general questions,…
