- Of course I do!! Where shall I begin! We are working with a fabulous producer in Calatayud, from some amazing old vine, high mountain Garnacha... to their entry level wines, which are really fantastic. They have the altitude there, so they've go the acidity, and with traditional 'en vaso' training, any dry farming, they are cropping really low... and their wines will be coming into the US via Vinum Imports and Distributors in Seattle. Amazing value coming out of the whole region of Aragon. Did you make it to Enate, in Somontano? Man, their wines are beautiful, every one of them, and the packaging to match. The problem with the US market, and Somontano, is that most Americans are looking for a local Cab, Merlot, Chardonnay, etc... so it's a difficult sell, when you consider the elevated price due to importing the product. They have a Chard... Enate Uno, considered the best white wine in Spain... it would sit on the shelf for (at a modest estimate) about 5 or 6 hun. Gotta tell you... it rocks!
