I was frustrated - then I did something about it.

I'm not a Master Sommelier; I'm just your average lover of wine (the variety, wineries, accessories, bars, etc.). But I have to tell you, I was frustrated by this simple fact: I had trouble keeping track of what I drank and whether or not I enjoyed it. Standing in the beverage aisle thinking about what to buy was a Friday tradition for me. And that was just for the wine; read this over again and insert the word "beer" in place of wine, because I happen to enjoy both.

Does this sound familiar?

So I decided to build a website that will address this issue, once and for all (literally). My Drink of Choice is the product of my efforts. Cellar owners may want to analyze the aroma, tannins, color, etc., but frankly, this site is intended to be simple: Did you like the drink or not? On a scale of 10 (what's with this 100 rating stuff?), what did you think of it? Would you buy it again? And if you wanted to see other drinks similar, the choices are right in front of you.

Consider My Drink of Choice as a journal for beverage lovers all all walks of life. It's accessible via your PC/laptop or mobile device. Best of all, members can join and access the information for NO CHARGE. Same for wineries (add their inventory, add articles, etc.).

So I am frustrated no more... and hopefully this new site will provide you a little relief too. That's why I did it. Become a member and email me and let me know what you think.
