Technology spreading the word of wine through a world of wine drinkers

Shifting shedloads of wine

I've been contacted by an agent in Madrid acting for a winery in Ribera del Duero which wants to sell up its entire stock, some 650,000 bottles. I've tried the wines and they are very old-fashioned, faded and overpriced, but apparently the owners would be interested in talking to a company which might be able to buy them as a job lot at a knock down price and shift them fairly quickly.

Does anybody know of such a company, in Spain or anywhere in Europe, that would be interested?
