I am in a 2 year enology and viticulture program in Walla Walla, through the Community College. I hear a lot of really great things about Davis, I am not sure if I have it in me to complete a program such as what they offer, for the simple reason that I have learned so much more hands on, being able to work within the wine industry rather then sitting in a classroom
