About my company:: Dragon Phoenix Fine Wine Consulting is Beijing's first fully independent wine consulting company. We offer both trade and private services including wine tastings, education (WSET courses), information services about the Chinese market, wine tours of China, etc...

What you want to get from participating in OWC?: A chance to share information with other wine professionals particularly with regard to education and training.

About Me:: I started in wine with joining the Cambridge University Blind Wine Tasting Society. I subsequently became captain and represented Cambridge at several national and international matches. I have also studied Mandarin for many years and have moved to China in order to help spread information about wine to Chinese consumers and to help others understand the complex situation that is the Chinese market.
